Do I have to buy anything to win a prize?
No. Every site listed runs a free entry route, and we reproduced every figure on this site using free routes only. A Gold Coin purchase buys play money; it is never a requirement to enter or to be paid.
Why is a million Gold Coins worth less than 30 Sweeps Coins?
Because Gold Coins cannot be redeemed. They are for free play. Sweeps Coins carry the redemption route, so 30 SC has a path to a prize that a million GC does not.
What is a redeem floor and why does it matter so much?
It is the minimum Sweeps Coin balance a site will process. It decides whether a welcome pack is a payout or a project. Floors on our board run from 50 SC to 100 SC.
How long should a first payout take?
On this board, between 22 and 70 hours. Anything inside a day is excellent, anything past three days is slow but not alarming. Longer than a week usually means a document request is sitting in your inbox.
Do you get paid by the casinos you review?
Some of them, yes, on a commission basis when a reader signs up. The order is set by the four measures on our method page, and brands that pay us nothing outrank brands that do.
How often are the numbers updated?
Quarterly, on fresh accounts, and immediately whenever something material changes. The month in the site header shows when the last full sweep finished.
Can I have accounts at several sites at once?
Yes, and it is the sensible approach. One account per site per person is the rule everywhere; multiple accounts at one site is the fastest way to lose a balance.
What happens if a site refuses to pay me?
Escalate in writing inside the site first, then to the payment processor if a transaction was involved. Keep screenshots of the balance and the filing time. Tell us too, because a refusal to pay ends a site s place on this board.
