What Is Useful To Send
- Payout reports. Site, filing time, settlement time and the method you used. Reader reports are how we spot a slipping payout clock between our own retests.
- Corrections. Tell us which figure looks wrong and we will retest on a fresh account rather than debate it.
- A site we have missed. Include the free entry route, because a site without one will not be listed.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot recover a frozen balance, unlock an account, verify your identity documents or intervene in a dispute with an operator. We do not hold accounts on your behalf and we never ask for your login details. Anyone who does is not us.
